The 1983 Z1300 is the last carburetted version of the six-cylinder shaft-drive tourer, the A5 model. It carried the same 1286 cc engine and chassis as the earlier models with small revisions such as more fork oil. Its price was overtaken in 1983 by the fuel-injected ZG1300 and the fully dressed Voyager.
